Control Room Guide for Event Organizers

The Control Room is where event organizers and content producers can host, manage, and monetize their events using the tools provided by Lahzenegar.

If you have an interactive session, a class, or an event with limited participants that requires multiple presenters speaking simultaneously, choose a virtual room. If you want a one-way event with a large audience and just want to receive viewer comments via chat, select the live streaming option.

Your event is viewable on the Lahzenegar website. You can copy the event sharing link from your Control Room. Lahzenegar provides the ability to view live broadcasts on all platforms, browsers, and operating systems. The Lahzenegar player can run on various mobile browsers, tablets, laptops, smart TVs, and home computers.

We dont impose limits on the number of event viewers based on our philosophy. However, for better virtual room management, we recommend not inviting more than 100 concurrent participants to a virtual room. If you have a larger audience, you can connect Lahzenegar live streaming service to your virtual room, allowing you to have more than 10,000 concurrent viewers.

Choose a suitable and clear title for your event and make sure to use relevant hashtags. Ensure the quality of your internet connection, as well as the audio and video being sent, and continuously monitor them during the event. If you are using a mobile internet connection, make sure it is at least LTE. If you are using ADSL, use a minimum speed of 8 Mbps. Preferably, use a dedicated internet connection for hosting your event and ensure that no other devices are connected to it. Use a stable internet connection and check that network ports 1935 and 443 are open before the event. For live streaming, your chosen bitrate should be half of your upload bandwidth. Use the formula Primary + Backup + 20% to estimate the required bandwidth.

As soon as your event starts, notifications are sent to your fans to make them aware of your events beginning. Other people can discover your channel by searching on the website and can view your events or replays. If your event is featured, it may appear in Lahzenegar showcase, gaining more viewers.

In the Control Room, you have the option to prevent your event from being listed and searchable by enabling the "Private Event" option. Private events are accessible only by sharing their link.

Simply go to the ticket creation page and discount code in the Control Room and configure ticket sales settings before starting your event. In this case, your event broadcast will only be visible to those who have purchased a ticket.

Our recommendation is to consider a ticket price in multiples of 5,000 Iranian Rials. You can earn revenue before, during, and after your event (from replay sales). Lahzenegar deposits your earnings into your account up to three days after your settlement request, after deducting the platform commission, to your specified IBAN.

Before the event: Promote your event on social networks and attract more fans to Lahzenegar. Make use of all the Lahzenegar features, and if you have a website, embed the Lahzenegar iFrame on your site. During the event: Share the live event streaming link in various Telegram or WhatsApp groups, or tweet it on your Twitter and ask others to retweet. After the event: Announce on your social networks that the event replay is available at the same live streaming link.

Be creative! Lahzenegar is a new and high-potential platform. Creative and smart individuals can find incredible and exciting uses for Lahzenegar. Keep in mind that hosting regular and high-quality events can turn you into a Lahzenegar celebrity, and your fans will always be looking forward to more events from you.

Lahzenegar issues an invoice for you based on the subscription you purchase, with the details you provide on the financial page. However, since the amounts for the purchased event tickets are held as a deposit with Lahzenegar and are transferred to your specified IBAN after a settlement request by you, no invoice is issued for them.

The organizer has the right to request a refund for a purchased subscription within seven days of the purchase if they have not used it. In this case, the entire paid amount will be returned to the organizer either as Lahzenegar credit or to their bank account, depending on their choice.

You can issue an unlimited number of tickets and discount codes and provide them to your audience. Ultimately, your earnings are based on the amount received through bank gateways. The price of each ticket can be determined in both Iranian Rials and US Dollars, and discounts can be defined either as a percentage or a fixed amount.

Lahzenegars revenue model includes charging a fee for renting the online event space to organizers and, in the case of non-free events, collecting a commission for ticket sales. Currently, Lahzenegar deducts a 7% platform commission from each ticket sale.

If your event is canceled for any reason, you should first inform all ticket purchasers. Lahzenegar will refund the amounts paid for the purchased event tickets to the buyers. In this case, the purchased subscription is non-refundable. Additionally, in case of significant changes to the event, ticket buyers have the right to request a refund for their purchased tickets.

Some selected events are displayed in the showcase (Lahzenegars main page) at the discretion of Lahzenegar.

The use of Lahzenegar is subject to fair use. Based on our philosophy, most of our services are unlimited. However, it is the respectful use of users that ensures the continuity of our service.

The purpose and nature of using Lahzenegar should be within the framework of societal norms, common laws, and Lahzenegar terms of use. The volume and amount of using the Lahzenegar service should be ordinary, and it should only be used by human users. Content should be used only as needed in the utilization of the service.

Hosting a virtual room doesnt require any specific tools or software. Just an up-to-date browser, a good internet connection, and a bit of creativity are enough to host a successful and high-quality event.

If you are connected to a virtual room with a laptop, you can share your screen by clicking on the monitor icon at the bottom of the page or stop sharing it by clicking on the same icon.

When you enter a virtual room, you can start recording at any time by clicking the red start recording button at the top of the page. Pausing and resuming the recording is also possible during the virtual room session. In the end, if you dont disable playback, the webinar can be replayed using the same original link.

Each virtual room can have an unlimited number of moderators, up to 8 speakers simultaneously, and only one presenter. Speakers are those who want to turn on their webcam, and presenters are those who want to advance presentation slides.

The person who creates the virtual room is the main administrator with all necessary permissions. You can grant different roles to other users by inviting them. You can designate multiple users as moderators and switch one user to presenter mode at any time. This can be done by clicking on the users name in the right column and selecting the desired option.

For live streaming an event, you need to transfer the cameras video feed to a laptop using suitable hardware equipment (such as an HDMI cable and capture card). Then, install streaming software (like OBS) and configure the necessary settings.

Our recommendation is to use the following specifications for streaming to the Lahznegar server: - Bitrate: 1500 Kbps - Output Resolution: 1280 x 720 - Encoder Output: x264 - Audio Sample Rate: 44.1khz - Keyframe Interval: 2 seconds (or every 60 frames) - Audio Bitrate: 64 Kbps - Frame Rate: 30 fps

Yes, your permanent live stream link is available on your media publishing page. You can also get an iframe code for embedding it on your own website from this page.

In the current version of Lahzenegar and with regular internet, there is about a 10-15 second delay depending on the client. Please note that up to 30 seconds of delay is common for online streams.

If you dont delete your live stream or disable its playback, it will remain active for a long time in Lahzenegar.
